Tomei Consolidated Berhad (\u201cTomei\u201d) successfully listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on July 2006.<\/p>\n\t

Tomei is an integrated manufacturer and retailer of jewellery, principally involved in the designing and manufacturing of jewellery, retailing of jewellery and refining of gold and silver.<\/p>\n\t

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM120 million. <\/p>\n\t

The company raised RM7 million through the issuance of 15 million new shares at an issue price of RM0.50 each. The IPO was well-received, reflecting investor confidence in Tomei\u2019s established brand and market presence.<\/p>\n\t

WYNCORP was the appointed Co-ordinator for the listing, supporting Tomei in its strategic capital-raising efforts. The funds raised were utilized to expand retail outlets, enhance product offerings, and strengthen the company's position in the competitive retail sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
