Autoris Group Holdings Berhad (\u201cAutoris\u201d) made a successful debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 October 2024.<\/p>\n\t

Autoris is a leading provider of loss adjusting services for both motor and non-motor insurance claims.<\/p>\n\t

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM37 million, with shares opening at RM0.20, reflecting a 100% premium over the reference price of RM0.10.<\/p>\n\t

WYNCORP acted as the Approved Adviser and Continuing Adviser for Autoris\u2019 listing exercise.<\/p>\n\t

Prior to the listing, Autoris successfully raised gross proceeds of RM8 million from a private placement exercise. These funds are earmarked for the expansion of their loss adjusting services to different classes of insurance claims and the establishment of new offices in Penang, Johor, Terengganu, Sabah, and Sarawak to cater to anticipated growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
