Total Dynamic Holdings Berhad (\u201cTotal Dynamic\u201d), made a successful debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 27 May 2024.<\/p>\n\t

Total Dynamic is principally involved in the development and provision of Integrated Logistics Management System (\u201cILMS\u201d) and related services, consisting of the TDT GPS fleet management solutions (real-time and cloud-based fleet management software applications) and Dynamic Move logistics and warehouse management solution (real-time and cloud-based logistics and warehouse management software application).<\/p>\n\t

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM50 million. Total Dynamic debuted at 27.5 sen, representing a premium of 7.5 sen or 37.5% against its reference price of 20 sen, reflecting strong investor confidence in its business model and growth prospects.<\/p>\n\t

WYNCORP was the appointed Approved Adviser and Continuing Adviser for the listing, providing critical advisory services throughout the listing process. <\/p>\n\t

Total Dynamic did not raise any funds from the listing, and there is no offer for subscription, or invitation to purchase the company\u2019s shares. The listing involved a placement of its entire issued share capital of RM16.37 million comprising 250 million shares. <\/p>\n\t

Prior to the listing, Total Dynamic had successfully raised RM5 million from a pre-listing share placement exercise to private investors and share issuance to employees to fund the company\u2019s expansion, which include investment in a new server infrastructure for an alternate data centre, as well as opening of three new sales and service centres in Melaka, Sabah and Kedah respectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
