SBH Marine Holdings Berhad (\u201cSBH Marine\u201d) made a successful debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 April 2024.<\/p>\n\t

SBH is an integrated seafood processor and exporter, principally involved in the business of marine shrimp aquaculture and processing of frozen seafood.<\/p>\n\t

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM195 million, with the public portion oversubscribed by over 28 times, reflecting strong investor confidence in the group\u2019s regional expansion and cold-chain capabilities.<\/p>\n\t

The IPO was priced at RM0.22 per share and raised RM51 million through the public issue and offer for sale.<\/p>\n\t

WYNCORP was appointed as the Corporate Finance Adviser for the IPO, supporting SBH Marine in executing a growth-focused capital-raising exercise and IPO journey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
