UWC Berhad (\u201cUWC\u201d), made a successful debut on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 July 2019.<\/p>\n\t

UWC is an integrated engineering supporting services provider, principally involved in the provision of precision sheet metal fabrication and value-added assembly services, and the fabrication of precision machined components.<\/p>\n\t

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM301 million, with the share price increasing 71% after first-day trading, making UWC the best IPO performer for 2019 as of date of listing.<\/p>\n\t

The company raised approximately RM84 million through the public issuance of 70 million new shares and offer for sale of 33 million shares at RM0.82 each, receiving strong interest from institutional and retail investors alike.<\/p>\n\t

WYNCORP was the appointed Corporate Finance Adviser for the IPO, supporting UWC in its strategic growth and IPO journey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
