Jishan Berhad (“Jishan”) successfully listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 February 2021.

Jishan is principally involved in the manufacturing of paper and plastic packaging products.

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM42 million.

The company raised approximately RM5 million through the issuance of new shares at RM0.18 per share.

WYNCORP was appointed as the Approved Adviser and Continuing Adviser for the IPO, providing critical advisory services throughout the listing process.
