Smile-Link Healthcare Global Berhad (“Smile-Link”) successfully listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 April 2019.

Smile-Link is the first dental group listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and is principally involved in the provision of private dental healthcare services and related products.

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM104 million, the largest market capitalisation on the LEAP Market as of to-date, with share price increasing 13.64% after first-day trading.

The company raised approximately RM10 million through the issuance of 95 million new shares at an issue price of RM0.11 each. The IPO was completed via a direct listing, reflecting investor confidence in Smile-Link’s diversified healthcare offerings.
