Baba Eco Group Berhad (“Baba Eco”), made a successful debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 22 July 2019.

Baba is the first integrated eco-friendly agro products provider to be listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The company is principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of flower pots, gardening accessories, planting media, organic fertilisers and natural pesticides, catering to both local as well overseas markets.

Market capitalisation upon listing was RM31 million, with share price closing 3 sen or 23% higher at 16 sen on its maiden trading day.

The company raised RM5 million through the issuance of 41 million new shares at an issue price of RM0.13 each.

WYNCORP was the appointed Approved Adviser, Custodian, Placement Agent and Continuing Adviser for the IPO, assisting Baba Eco in executing its capital-raising strategy.
